Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. The conference fee includes attendance, conference materials, refreshments and lunch where applicable.

3. Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 30 June 2026 to qualify for the discount.

4. Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional cost by written notification.

5. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will incur a 20% administration fee.

6. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

7. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and remains payable in full.

8. Imbewu Empowerment Group reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue or dates if circumstances require.

9. Should the event be postponed, registrations will be transferred to the new date.
